Online Security & Fraud Prevention
TDECU strives to make your banking as convenient as possible while keeping your information secure. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your personal and private information.
There are now many ways to access your banking information through TDECU ranging from in person to online to your mobile phone. These different options come with different risks to your privacy. In order to help protect your information, we have created this Member Awareness page so that you will have a central location to view TDECU policies and security recommendations.
Two critical components to keeping your information secure are as follows:
- Keep sensitive information such as social security number, member number, PIN number(s), ATM card(s) and checkbook(s) in a secure location. We strongly suggest that you do not share this information with anyone.
Have you experienced fraud on your TDECU accounts?
