To redeem your rewards using our mobile app:
- Log in to your account.
- Tap on Menu.
- Tap on Service Center.
- Tap on Card Management.
- Select your credit card.
- Tap on Cash Rewards.
- Tap on Redeem Rewards.
- Enter the reward amount and click Continue.
- Confirm the amount and tap Authorize.
To redeem your rewards using our desktop app:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on Service Center.
- Select Card Management.
- Click on Card Details for your credit card.
- Select Cash Rewards
- Click on Redeem Rewards.
- Enter the reward amount and click Continue.

Cash Rewards Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Cash Reward program from TDECU?
Cash Rewards is our new program for card holders to earn a percentage of each purchase when they make qualifying purchases. Onyx card holders earn 2% Cash Rewards. Visa Platinum card holders earn 0.5% Cash Rewards.
What credit card types qualify for the Cash Rewards Program?
The TDECU Onyx Mastercard® and Visa Platinum credit cards qualify for the program.
What are qualifying purchases?
Effective October 1, 2021, qualifying purchases are purchases that post to your account, less any purchase credits, returns, or other adjustments that are not payments.
Qualifying purchases do not include balance transfers, cash advances, ATM cash disbursements, money transfers, gaming transactions, tax payments, finance charges, fees, or purchases of other cash equivalents, even if used to purchase goods or services. Transactions that are not qualifying purchases do not earn Cash Rewards.
Do you have to enroll in the Cash Rewards program?
No, your card will begin accruing Cash Rewards automatically.
Where will you be able to see and redeem your current Cash Rewards balances?
Log in to TDECU Digital Banking or review the bottom of your monthly credit card statement to view current Cash Rewards balances. Log in to TDECU Digital Banking for direct access to redeem your Cash Rewards.

What options are available to redeem points?
You can redeem your Cash Rewards as a statement credit.
How long will it take to receive the statement credit?
Your credit will be posted within 1-2 business days.
How often can you redeem your Cash Rewards?
You can redeem anytime, with a $5 minimum Cash Rewards available balance.
Can you make a payment with Cash Rewards?
Redemptions are posted as a statement credit and do not count towards your payment due. You will still be responsible for making the minimum monthly payment by your due date.
Do Cash Rewards expire?
No, the Cash Rewards do not have an expiration date.
What is the maximum amount you can accrue in Cash Rewards?
There is no maximum amount.
