No purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Sweepstakes begins June 8, 2026 at 12:00 AM CT and ends July 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

1. ELIGIBILITY

   The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who:

   1. Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry in the Sweepstakes
   2. Are legal U.S. residents and Texas residents (50 states or DC)
   3. Are eligible TDECU Members in good standing

   Not eligible: Employees, officers, directors, agents, and their immediate family or household members of TDECU, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in the development or administration of this.

2. HOW TO ENTER

   Eligible members automatically earn entries during the Sweepstakes Period through qualifying activities:

   1. Debit card purchases: 1 entry per purchase
   2. Direct deposits: $250–$499.99: 5 entries; $500 or more: 10 entries
   3. TDECU Digital Banking login: 1 entry per day (max 30 total)
   4. Enroll in eDocuments: 1 one-time bonus entry
   5. Open a new CD: 10 one-time bonus entries per CD

   All entries must be recorded by July 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT.

3. ENTRY CONDITIONS

   Eligible purchases include most debit card transactions (in-store or online). Transactions such as ATM withdrawals, transfers, cash advances, and reversals do not qualify. Direct deposits must be qualifying ACH deposits (e.g., payroll or benefits). Entry bonuses: Limited to one per member for eDocuments and CD opening; existing eDocuments users are not eligible for the one-time entry. Direct deposit entries do not combine across tiers.

4. WINNER SELECTION

   75 potential winners will be selected by random drawing after the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. TDECU reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance before confirming winners.

5. PRIZE

   Each verified winner will receive:

   • A C.J. Stroud meet-and-greet experience
   • Admission for the winner and one (1) guest
   • Event details (date, time, location) will be provided at a later time and are subject to availability, capacity, and security requirements

   Additional terms:

   • No cash value, transfer, or substitution allowed except by TDECU
   • TDECU may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary
   • Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCESS

   Potential winners will be contacted using their account information and may be required to confirm eligibility, complete and return required documentation (release form), RSVP by the specified deadline. Failure to respond to the winner notification outreach, or comply with the offer, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

   By entering you agree to these Official Rules and TDECU’s decisions, which are final. Winners grant TDECU permission to use their name, likeness, and related information for promotional purposes where permitted by law. TDECU is not responsible for: Lost, late, or misdirected entries or communications, technical or system errors, any injury or damages related to participation or prize use.

8. SPONSOR RIGHTS

   TDECU reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its control affect its fairness, security, or proper operation.
