Join the TDECU Board of Directors by applying online

Applications are now being accepted for positions on TDECU’s Board of Directors. There are currently two director terms expiring, and Members will have the opportunity to vote – if required – prior to the TDECU Annual Meeting on March 26, 2026

If you wish to apply for a position on the TDECU Board of Directors, please complete your online application for Board nomination. The completed online application must be submitted no later than November 14, 2025, by noon(CST).

Guidelines and Application Requirements

Per TDECU’s Bylaws, for a TDECU Member to qualify as a candidate for nomination to TDECU’s Nominating Committee, you must:

Complete the form, including a 300-word maximum biographical sketch

Submit the completed form no later than Friday, November 14, 2025, by 12:00 p.m.

Submission of the biographical sketch information is required per TDECU Bylaws. Neither the Nominating Committee nor TDECU employees are permitted to edit, correct, or otherwise change your submission.

If you are nominated by the Nominating Committee to be included on the election ballot, your information will be printed in the election package exactly as submitted to TDECU. Should your biographical sketch submission exceed 300 words, your submission will be printed in the election package through the end of the last full sentence prior to the sentence where the 300-word limit was exceeded.

Your one-page biographical sketch will be translated into Spanish, by TDECU, for use in the election package. Translations will be done by an independent third party. By submitting the completed nomination request, you authorize TDECU to translate your biographical sketch and may not challenge the translation. If you do not want your biographical sketch translated into Spanish, please indicate by checking the opt-out box within the online form.

Save the date for our Annual Meeting

Please plan to join us for our upcoming Annual Meeting on Thursday, March 26, 2026. The Annual Meeting is an opportunity for our Members and employees to come together and review the previous year’s successes and special events. We also take time to present the financial state of the credit union and hear from our esteemed board members.

Members can attend this year’s meeting one of two ways:

  • In Person: The Annual Meeting will be hosted at a location that is yet to be determined.

  • Online: We will also offer a live-streamed webcast for Members who would like to attend from the comfort of their home.
