To redeem your rewards using our mobile app:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Tap on Menu.
  3. Tap on Service Center.
  4. Tap on Card Management.
  5. Select your credit card.
  6. Tap on Cash Rewards.
  7. Tap on Redeem Rewards.
  8. Enter the reward amount and click Continue.
  9. Confirm the amount and tap Authorize.

To redeem your rewards using our desktop app:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on Service Center.
  3. Select Card Management.
  4. Click on Card Details for your credit card.
  5. Select Cash Rewards
  6. Click on Redeem Rewards.
  7. Enter the reward amount and click Continue.
  8. Confirm the amount and click Authorize.

What is the Cash Reward program from TDECU?

Cash Rewards is our new program for card holders to earn a percentage of each purchase when they make qualifying purchases.

Do you have to enroll in the Cash Rewards program?

No, your card will begin accruing Cash Rewards automatically.

Where will you be able to see and redeem your current Cash Rewards balances?

Log in to TDECU Digital Banking or review the bottom of your monthly credit card statement to view current Cash Rewards balances. Log in to TDECU Digital Banking for direct access to redeem your Cash Rewards.

What options are available to redeem points?

You can redeem your Cash Rewards as a statement credit.

How long will it take to receive the statement credit?

Your credit will be posted within 1-2 business days.

How often can you redeem your Cash Rewards?

You can redeem anytime, with a $5 minimum Cash Rewards available balance.

Can you make a payment with Cash Rewards?

Redemptions are posted as a statement credit and do not count towards your payment due. You will still be responsible for making the minimum monthly payment by your due date.

Do Cash Rewards expire?

No, the Cash Rewards do not have an expiration date.

What is the maximum amount you can accrue in Cash Rewards?

There is no maximum amount.

2 2% Cash Rewards is limited on purchases made at grocery stores, excluding superstores like Walmart® and Target® and wholesale clubs.

3 Eligible purchases are purchases for goods and services, minus returns and other credits. Eligible do not include fees, interest charges, balance transfers, cash advances, convenience checks, purchase for cash equivalents (money orders, gift cards, prepaid cards), disputes and illegal transactions, gambling.
