Important Updates for TDECU Credit Cardholders

TDECU Online/Mobile Banking may not reflect your latest credit card balance and transaction information. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience.

At TDECU, ensuring our Members enjoy all the benefits of being a TDECU credit cardholder is a top priority. So, we’ve provided some tips to further enhance your new credit card experience.

For your convenience, you may continue to use your current TDECU credit card.

Remember to update the payment address in any bill pay systems you use for automatic payments to ensure your payment is made on time to the new address to avoid late fees.

If you haven’t logged into the new system yet, you will have to re-register your card(s) and re-enroll in credit card eStatements through Access Point, by visiting tdecu.org/access-point . For the best user experience in Access Point, please log in using a desktop computer as the system is not compatible with some mobile devices.

Note: Moving forward, your payment due date may also change and will be reflected on your credit card statement.

With Access Point, you will be able to:

  • Manage payments

  • View transaction history

  • Enroll in eStatements

  • Order replacement cards & PINs

  • Initiate disputes

  • And more!

Attention Visa® and Onyx cardholders, Important information:

On December 3, our new upgraded online rewards platform will be available. All your points will be automatically transferred to this new platform.
