Latest Additions to the Upgrade Guide

E-statement Users...Here's What You Need to Know:

  • As of the first week of January 2016, E-statements are back online.
  • You will no longer need to log in via online banking. Instead, you can go directly to an E-statement login page.
  • You'll receive an email each month when your statement is ready to be viewed; simply click on the link in the email to access the login screen.
  • E-statements will have an updated look in the new system.
  • July 2015 through December 2015 E-statements will be available the first week of January 2016.
  • Historical E-statements, up to 24 months, will be available by January 31, 2016.

    Due Dates in Skip-a-Pay

    If you took advantage of our Skip-a-Pay program, your change in due date would be reflected several days before the loan's current due date. For example, if you make monthly payments and your current loan payment was due on December 15, the change in due date would not be reflected until December 9. If you viewed the loan prior to the 9th, the payment date would still reflect December 15. When viewing your loan in online banking on or after the 9th of December, you would see your new loan due date has updated to January 15, 2016.

    Member-to-Member Transfers and Linking to Accounts in Online Banking

    Following our recent computer systems upgrade, several of our members experienced issues with member-to-member transfers, and in linking to other member's accounts in online banking. This has been remedied and you are now able to use these features with full functionality. To conduct a member to member transfer, you will need to enter the account number assigned to the loan or savings account that you are making the transfer to or from. This loan or savings account number is the number in online banking after the hyphen. For example, if the loan you are transferring to is displayed as XXX123-456789 in online banking, then you should enter 456789 when entering the member to member transfer. The account number for each loan or saving product can also be identified on your account statements.

    Running Balance Inconsistencies

    Over the past few weeks, you may have noticed while your current and available balance in online banking was correct, your running balance was not. This was a result of how our transactions were ordered in our online banking system. We are working diligently to resolve the issue and will update you as soon as we have a solution.

    A note about direct deposits and automatic drafts

    We will be taking care of things so you won’t have to. We want to reassure you that your direct deposits and automatic drafts will continue to function as they did before the computer systems upgrade.

    The reality is that some—not all of you—will need to update your account information with your service providers, but rest assured we have made it so there’s no need to take immediate action. As a matter of fact, we will contact you when the time comes for you to make a change. Until then we’ve got you covered.
