- If you need a pre-qualification letter to begin shopping for your “Dream Home”, we will ensure you speak to a Service Representative and give you a pre-qualification letter the same day or by noon the following day.
- If you call with a purchase contract on your “Dream Home”, we will set up an appointment for you to speak to a Mortgage Loan Officer the same day or no later than the next business day.
- We will allow you to lock in your rate. With your rate locked in, you need not worry about losing out on your great mortgage service at TDECU.
