Balance Transfer Option
If you presently have other credit card balances you would like to pay off, you have the option to transfer those balances to your new TDECU credit card.

Choose from these two options:
- AutoPay
TDECU will automatically withdraw your monthly payment(s) from
your TDECU checking account. To sign up for this convenient service,
complete the online form and return it to the credit union via fax, mail or in person.
- eZ Pay
eZ Pay allows you to make your credit card payment over the phone directly from your TDECU checking account without writing a check. Simply pick up the phone and call toll free (800) 442-4757. This number is also printed on the back of your TDECU credit card.
You'll be asked to provide the following information to complete
your transaction:
- TDECU credit card number
- Social Security number
- Checking account number located at the bottom of your TDECU checks
- TDECU's routing and transit number (313185515)
- The dollar amount you would like applied to your credit card
account
- Next unused check number
There is a $4 fee when using the eZ Pay automated payment system.
There is a $5 fee when speaking with a TDECU Member Care Representative to make a credit card payment.
There is a $5 fee when speaking with a credit card representative to use eZ Pay.
Terms & Conditions: The person making the credit card payment via eZ Pay
must be on the credit card account. eZ Pay payments are limited to one every
2 days per account. eZ Pay service is available: Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. and 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. CST and Saturday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST. Payments made before 3 p.m. CST Monday through Friday will post that night after midnight. Payments made after 3 p.m. CST will post the next
business day after midnight. Payments made between 3 p.m. on Friday and 3 p.m. on Monday will post Monday after midnight. Other restrictions apply. Please contact your nearest TDECU office for more information.
