Our search has led us to a more convenient, more secure way to service your mortgage – eStatus™ – and it’s available online right now. 

eStatus™ is a new addition to TDECU All-the-Time Online Banking and is free to our members. Access from within Online Banking is as simple as three easy steps:

1. Scroll down to the Mortgage section and hover over the “e” icon until “Click here for eStatus™” appears. Click on this box.

2. The Mortgage Loan Selection screen will appear. Enter your mortgage account number and click “Submit.”

3. The eStatus™ Welcome screen will appear.

With eStatus™, TDECU mortgage services are available anywhere you have access to a phone or Internet connection, anytime you’d like.

• Access your current mortgage loan payments and payment history information
• Check out convenient payment options: schedule one-time or recurring payments online and avoid the cost of stamps or the possibility of late payments
• Request payoff information
• And so much more
