1.  Login to TDECU All-the-Time Online Banking

2.  Click the 'Bill Payment' link under the Transactions menu

3.  Select the account you want your bills paid from and click the 'Enroll' button.

4. A pop-up box will appear confirming your request. Click the 'OK' button.

5. You will next be asked to verify your information and agree to the Terms & Conditions. After reviewing, click the 'Enroll' button.

6. You are now signed up for Bill Pay! Click the 'Get Started' button to start paying your bills online.
