Where can I download the application?
The application can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and the Android Market. Search for “TDECU” to locate and download the application.

What mobile platforms is the application compatible with?
The application is currently compatible with the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, and Android (2.1 operating system and higher) platforms. Other platforms such as Blackberry and Windows 7 are under consideration but are not available with the initial release.

What functions are available with the application?
The application allows you to access and use all functions of mobile banking (checking balances, reviewing transaction history, making funds transfers, sending and receiving secure messages). In addition the application allows you to check rates, find branches/ATMs/CU Service Centers, get contact information for TDECU, connect with TDECU through Facebook and Twitter, and access GoToMyCard.

Do I need to enroll in mobile banking in order to use the application?
In order to use the mobile banking functions of the application, you must enroll in mobile banking. Functions such as the location finder, connecting with TDECU through Facebook and Twitter, checking rates, and accessing GoToMyCard do not require mobile banking enrollment.

How do I enroll in mobile banking?
Login to online banking and select “Mobile” from the Preferences menu. From the Mobile Preferences screen, select the option to enable your user ID and password for mobile banking, and then enter and save a mobile authorization code from the Mobile Authorizations tab. That’s it!

Once enrolled in mobile banking, what is my login and password?
Your login and password to mobile banking will be the same as your login and password to online banking.

What is a mobile authorization code?
A mobile authorization code is a 4 digit code that you must select and enter in order to confirm and authorize funds transfers performed via mobile banking. It must be numeric and exactly 4 digits.

What do I do if I forget my mobile authorization code?
Login to online banking and select “Mobile” from the Preferences menu. Select the Mobile Authorizations tab and enter and save a new code.
