New Minimum Auto Insurance Limits for 2011 If you haven’t heard, the State of Texas is increasing minimum liability limits on auto insurance. Senate Bill 502 will increase the minimum liability limits from 25/50/25 to 30/60/25, effective January 1, 2011. How Do These Changes Affect You as a Policyholder?
