How to Initiate a Claim

    TDECU Insurance has expedited the process of reporting a claim. If you experience a loss, simply contact your carrier directly at the numbers listed below.

    To report a business loss to your commercial carrier, if your carrier is not listed above, or for any other questions, please contact our office at 888-833-7358.

The following information is intended to assist you in completing the claims process. We have listed the information required to file a claim for loss. For prompt service, please complete the following steps:

    1. Print, complete and sign the check list and appropriate claim related forms:
        Accidental Death
        Claim Form
        Accidental Dismemberment Claim
        Claim Form

    2. Submit original, certified death certificate (Accidental Death claims only)

    3. Attach police accident report and/or newspaper articles related to claim (if applicable)

    4. Attach account statements for each claim submitted

    5. Return all forms and documentation to:

    or call our toll-free members service line at 800-860-7182 to speak to an AD&D representative.

  • Mechanical Breakdown Protection (MBP)

    If your vehicle needs repair, drive it (or have it towed) to the nearest licensed repair facility and present your policy to the service department. They can call our claims administrator at 800-654-8455 for repair authorization. Claims are paid directly to the repair facility via corporate credit card; you pay no out-of-pocket expense unless you have a deductible.
