Serving as a Board member for more than 20 years, Peggy is currently Director – First Chairperson and serves on the Risk Management, Audit, and Scholarship committees. |

Dick Smith has served on the board since 1996. He is currently the Second Vice Chair, responsible for helping to protect members’ assets and ensure they receive maximum return on their investments. |

David Ozuna was appointed to the board in 2004 following the merger between Texas Crossroads Federal Credit Union and TDECU. He was re-elected in 2006. |

Ed Zingleman has been a member of TDECU for over 40 years and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2002, where he currently serves as Treasurer. |
